As a technical manager at Holland Dredging Industries, you will be responsible for everything related to engineering. From product development to quality assurance and from technical support to process improvement.
You work together with our production sites, suppliers and customers at home and abroad. You will quickly switch between strategic thinking and operational management. A role with a lot of freedom and responsibility, in the middle of the dynamics of the international dredging industry.

HBO or wo working and thinking level in mechanical engineering, metal technology or similar
Experience in manufacturing or engineering
You understand technical processes and know how to monitor quality
Analytical and practical
