Hardfacing
For the repair and protection of cutters we use the same wear-resistant material as for the adapters.
These solutions easily weld to the base material, without gas, and are directly applicable with a MIG/MAG welding machine. Efficient, reliable and low maintenance.
Chocky Bars
Chocky bars offer sustainable wear protection for components that are subject to high wear and tear.
The combination of a hard wear layer and a tough backing ensures excellent weldability, making them ideal for rapid on-site and localized repairs. This minimizes downtime and lowers maintenance costs.
