Commercial Inside Sales Representative
What can you expect?
As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the link between our customers, suppliers, and the sales team. You process quotations and orders, maintain contact with customers, and ensure that all administrative tasks are handled accurately.
You make sure that questions are answered quickly and that our processes run smoothly. You work closely with colleagues both inside and outside the office. A versatile role in a technical, international environment where no day is the same.

Job requirements
MBO+ or HBO level of working and thinking
Preferably in a commercial or administrative field.
Experience in a similar role
For example, in the technical or industrial sector.
Strong communication skills
You communicate easily with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
Administratively accurate
You work in a structured way and pay attention to detail.
Proficient in languages
You speak and write Dutch and English fluently and accurately.
Customer-oriented and able to perform well under pressure
You maintain a clear overview, even during busy periods.

What will you do?
You process inquiries, quotations, and orders in our system
You maintain contact with customers regarding delivery times, pricing, and availability
You support the sales team with reports and documentation
You monitor ongoing orders and ensure correct handling and completion
You coordinate with production and logistics regarding deliveries and inventory
You actively contribute ideas to improve our service and processes
